Terms of Use — BREWLORE

These Terms govern the use of the game BREWLORE (the "Game"), published by VS3 Digital Ltda., Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 22.140.212/0001-07, Avenida Deputado Jamel Cecílio, 2929, Quadra B27, Sala 1810, Jardim Goiás, Goiânia – GO, 74810-100, Brazil ("VS3 Digital", "we"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

The terms of the store where you downloaded the Game (Google Play or App Store) also apply. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that the law grants you as a consumer.

1. Who may use the Game and age rating

The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. In Brazil, the age rating is 14 (ClassInd), because it contains in-game purchases; there is no violence, sexual content, drugs or inappropriate language. If you are a minor, use the Game with your legal guardian's knowledge and make purchases only with their permission. Parents and guardians can require purchase approval through Google Play's parental controls (Family Link).

2. License

We grant you a personal, free, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and play the Game on your own devices, for non-commercial use. The Game, its art, music, texts, levels, trademarks and code belong to VS3 Digital or its licensors. You may not:

  • copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the Game, except where the law allows;
  • use cheats, bots or programs that alter the Game, its data or its communications, or exploit bugs;
  • use the Game for illegal purposes or to harm other people or our systems.

3. Progress saved on the device

The Game has no accounts. Your progress, coins, stars, boosters and upgrades are saved only on your device. If you uninstall the Game, clear the app's data or change devices, this data may be lost and we cannot recover it. The device's system backup, when enabled, may help restore it, but this depends on the device and is not guaranteed by us.

4. Virtual items

Coins, stars, boosters, chests, daily rewards and workshop upgrades ("virtual items") are a license to use within the Game:

  • they have no monetary value, are not money or your property, and cannot be exchanged for money, sold, transferred or used outside the Game;
  • they can be earned by playing, by watching rewarded ads, or purchased;
  • we may adjust quantities, coin prices, rewards and how virtual items work (for example, to balance the Game), without removing items you have already bought with money, except in case of fraud, obvious error or legal requirement.

5. Purchases

  • Purchases are made and charged by the store (Google Play or App Store), at the price shown by the store in your currency. We do not receive your payment details.
  • The purchased item is delivered after the store confirms the payment.
  • Refunds follow the policy of the store where you bought (Google Play: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637), without prejudice to the rights provided by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code and the laws of your country. For problems with a purchase, you can also contact contato@vs3.com.br.
  • "Remove ads" is a permanent purchase: it removes interstitial ads (the ones shown between levels). Rewarded ads remain available and always optional. It is restored automatically when you open the Game with the same store account, on the same or another device (on iOS, through the Restore purchases button in Settings).
  • Consumable items (coins, boosters and bundles) are used within the Game and are saved only on the device (section 3): they are not restored if lost through uninstalling, clearing data or changing devices.
  • If a purchase is refunded or canceled in the store, we reserve the right to remove the corresponding item.
  • The Game does not sell items with random content, either for money or for purchased coins. Some chests earned by playing contain a randomly drawn booster; these chests cannot be purchased or sped up with money.

6. Ads

The Game is free and is supported by ads and purchases. It may show:

  • rewarded ads, always at your choice, which give an item in the Game after being watched to the end (the reward is delivered once per completed ad);
  • interstitial ads between levels, with limited frequency, and never during a level.

Ads are provided by Google AdMob and are non-personalized and suitable for all ages. We do not control the content or the advertised sites and products, and we are not responsible for them. Data processing for ads is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Remote content and updates

The Game may download new levels, recipes, texts, images and adjustments over the internet, without a new version in the store. We may add, change, fix or remove content, levels, features and virtual items, and release updates. Some updates may be required to keep playing. Without internet, the Game keeps working with the content it already has.

8. Availability

We do our best for the Game to work well, but it is provided "as is": we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device. We may discontinue the Game or part of it; if that happens, we will give reasonable notice whenever possible and comply with what the law and the store require regarding purchases.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VS3 Digital is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of virtual items or progress caused by misuse, device failures, uninstalling, clearing data, lack of connection or third-party services (store, ads, internet providers). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

10. Suspension

If you breach these Terms (for example, with cheating that affects purchases or ads), we may stop providing the Game or features to you, to the extent technically possible and permitted by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Relevant changes will be announced in the Game or on the store page. If you keep using the Game after the change, you agree to the new version; if you do not agree, you may stop using and uninstall the Game.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Goiânia – GO, Brazil are chosen, without prejudice to the consumer's right to file a claim in the courts of their domicile. If you live outside Brazil, this does not remove the rights that your country's consumer protection laws grant you.

13. General provisions

If any clause is held invalid, the others remain in effect. Not exercising a right does not mean waiving it. In case of discrepancy between the Portuguese version (https://vs3.com.br/brewlore/termos) and the English version, the Portuguese version prevails for users in Brazil.
